Our History

What started as a hobby in early 2008 quickly evolved into a dream for Owner / Vintner Keith Roberts. After owning & operating several successful businesses and retiring from a long career in Public Safety, that dream became a reality in March of 2014. High Country Cellars has since evolved into the premier fruit winery in the region.
